Market Report for Glastonbury for Oct. 2007 and Year to Date

 

Residential

 

The Glastonbury market still seems to be holding its own.  There are 171 homes on the market, 60 new listings came on the market in October and there were 23 homes that went under deposit. All the other statistics are in the table below and show that comparing last year to this year for year to date, prices are up by 4.3% and sales are only

down by 1.3%.

Condominiums

 

The condo market in Glastonbury is not faring as well as the residential market.  There are 42 condos on the market, with 14 new listings coming on in October, 6 condos went under deposit and there were 8 closed sales Although prices are up by 3.7% over last year in year to date, number of sales are down by 17.2%.  This is a significant drop.
